Join us for a talk with the authors of The Happy Sleeper and the new book, Now Say This: The Right Words to Solve Every Parenting Dilemma (Penguin RandomHouse).
In conversation with LOOM's Lead Educator, Nicole Makowka, Heather Turgeon and Julie Wright will be talking about their new book, which lays out a simple 3-step model for mindful communication and setting limits with empathy. Starting with the youngest of babies, when parents learn this model, it lays the groundwork for navigating tantrums and other difficult moments, and keeping communication open throughout childhood. Topics covered will be geared towards babies through school-age children.
Talk will include a moderated Q+A.
