Where is LOOM located?
LOOM is located in Mid-City at 5259 W. Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019. We love this central part of the city because of its incredible diversity and history, its accessibility to public transit, the high density of local businesses.
Where can I park?
There is ample 2-hour metered and unmetered parking on Pico, Cochran and Dunsmuir.
What if my child is sick?
We ask that you do not come to LOOM if you and/or your child is sick. If your child has had a fever, please make sure that they are 24 hours fever free before you come to LOOM. If your child has been diagnosed with a contagious illness after being in the space, please notify us immediately so that we may take the appropriate measures.
Can I bring my pet to LOOM?
We love pets! However, due to allergies and sensitivities, we cannot allow pets at this time. LOOM is not covered for the risks and liabilities associated with animals, including service animals.
What if I want to cancel a class or service?
Single Classes + Services: For single classes and services, require we a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations in order to receive a full refund.
Class Series (Mother + Baby, Family + Baby, Prepped, etc.): We require notice of cancellation seven (7) days in advance of the first class for cancellation of the entire class series for a full refund. We do not offer refunds for cancellations less than seven (7) days in advance of the first class meeting of the series. If you are unable to attend a class within a series we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling, as class rosters are set for the duration of each series.
Please be advised it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card.
Can I rent LOOM for an event?
